Adult Recreation Courses. Ages 18 years old (and out of high school) to 99+ years old.
Youth Enrichment is extracurricular classes, activities or experiences that enhance skills, knowledge and well-being.
Youth Recreation for children 0 - 18 years old (and still in school)
Start Smart Move and Play is a beginner program meant to introduce participants to exercise and movement.
Participants will develop basic motor skills. We introduce one sport specific skill each session, but focus on fun and movement.
Fun activities and exciting equipment!
- We have the always popular obstacle course, utilize the climbing wall, use balance beams, scooters and other fun equipment.
Adult and child participate together.
